Pre-production on any game
is the most important stage, as all decisions here will greatly affect the
finished product but at this stage any change is relatively cheap. The
object is to significantly lower the risks of development. This should
include designing the game, prototyping key areas, scheduling, budgeting and
putting together a risk analysis and staffing plan.

At each stage in
development of a game you need to know whether it is still going to deliver
the game you want
and when you want it. We will visit the studio and prepare a report
highlighting any areas for attention and making suggestions for improvement. We
can then help you implement any solution.

If you need an experienced
management team to manage your development we can supply an experienced
producer, lead programmer, lead designer, lead artist/art director and lead designer. We can even get
the project started while we help you recruit the right staff.
